A magical new garden for 2025! An eccentric, romantic and constantly evolving garden, as befits the intense creativity of its sculptor and novelist owners, carved out of an expanse of concrete farmyard over 20 years. Includes elaborate network of decorative cobbling, pools, container garden, vegetable garden, shade garden, the largely subtropical mowhay garden and both owners’ studios. Arguably its crowning glory is the westernmost walled rose garden in England.
Dogs on leads are welcome, and there’s direct access to fields where they and any children can let off steam. The garden visit can form the climax of enjoying the circular coast path walk from Land’s End to Nanjizal and back across the fields. Featured on BBC's Gardeners' World in spring 2024. Also featured in Secret Gardens of Cornwall by Tim Hubbard published by Quarto Books in October 2023. Due to be featured in a Spring 2025 edition of Gardeners World Magazine.
